Specific issues that may be addressed include: issues with consistency, accountability, time management and mindset amongst others.
Monthly workout design is available for those who feel confident with their strength training capabilities while wanting fresh ideas on how to level up.
Each month, client's receive a questionnaire to determine current status, updated goals and vital statistics which inform subsequent programming.
The program includes your choice of 2-5 programs per month and a free monthly membership to StrengthLab.TV
