About Us

Bone & Body

Founder - Dr. Kristi Tough DeSapri

Dr. Kristi Tough DeSapri, founder of Bone & Body Women’s Health, is a board-certified internist specializing in midlife women’s health, bone health, and menopause. Formerly Director of Northwestern’s Women’s Bone Health Program, she has held academic appointments at Northwestern and the University of Chicago.

A North American Menopause Certified Practitioner since 2010 and ISCD-certified clinical densitometrist, she lectures nationally and serves on multiple medical society committees.

Trained at Tufts, NYU, Lenox Hill, and the Cleveland Clinic, she now balances her practice with raising three boys and enjoying tennis, yoga, and strong espresso.

Founder - Deb Duby

Debra Duby earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 1997 with honors. After early roles in tech recruiting and a startup partnership, she shifted to wellness in 2002 and has worked full-time as a nationally certified trainer and nutrition counselor for over 20 years. She recently completed a two-year international meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Debra coaches individuals, groups, and corporate clients both in-person and virtually.

A lifelong athlete, she has competed in natural bodybuilding, the NYC Marathon, Danskin Triathlon, and a 150-mile MS charity ride. After 25 years in New York City, Debra now lives in Nashville with her husband and teenage daughter.
